Assessor of Property Vivian Wilhoite and staff will host ten (10) county-wide outreach presentations about the 2025 Reappraisal.  The ten (10) presentations planned will cover groups of the thirty-five (35) councilmanic districts. “It is our goal for property owners to leave our presentation fully informed about the Reappraisal process,” says Assessor Wilhoite.  “It is critically important that property owners be well aware of their rights to file an appeal,” Wilhoite goes on to say.

The February 27, 2025, North Precinct Reappraisal Presentation has been rescheduled to March 5, 2025.
