Closed Business
If you close your business, state law requires you to, 1) notify the Assessor of Property in writing and, 2) pay your personal property taxes to the Office of the Trustee within 15 days after sale. Please provide date business closed or will close.
Sold Business
If you sell your business, stale law requires you to, 1) notify the Assessor of Property in writing and, 2) pay your personal property taxes to the Office of the Trustee within 15 days after sale. Please provide sale date, new owner information so that we can update the account and remove previous owner information.
