The deadline to file an Informal Review for 2024 was April 26, 2024, at 4:00 pm
The deadline to file an Informal Review request has now passed. Our Call Center will open on May 20th at 8:00 AM.
If you would like to file an Appeal on your property, you must contact the Call Center at (615) 862-6059 beginning May 20th between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
The last day to call and schedule an Appeal on your property is Friday, June 14th at 4:00 PM.

Informal Review decisions will be mailed by May 17, 2024. If your Informal Review decision results in a change of property value, it is important that you be aware that it will not affect your 2023 tax billing, but will be effective for the 2024 assessment year.
